Form 1 of 3 – Handbook For 2022/2023 new and returning cheerleaders, please download the Handbook ( form 1) and fill out by hand then email as an attachment to the address below. Forms 2 & 3 must be completed electronically. Please submit all forms on or before July 15, 2022.
